From the application of the jewellery to the aftercare, your safety is most important to us. The process is very safe. The equipment only makes contact with the metal and does not make contact with your skin. We understand you may wish to watch the process, so we also offer you protective eyewear to use whilst we carry our the process.  You will be required to sign a waiver to confirm you do not have a pacemaker or allergy to metals. 

 Permanent jewellery is designed to never be removed intentionally; however, it would simply be unsafe if it couldn’t be removed at all. If for any reason the chain was to be put under severe stress, its important there is a breakaway point. Likewise, if you had to remove the jewellery for a medical procedure, it needs to be removed safely and with ease, using scissors or similar. With this safety aspect in mind, our jewellery is made from a daintier, more delicate chain, as opposed to bold and chunky. The thickness and weights of our chains are appropriate for everyday wear, feeling comfortable on your body and as light as a feather. If you  have to remove your jewellery for any reason, its easy to do so by simply carefully snipping the connecting ring with scissors. Keep it safe and we will re-weld or add a clasp for a small fee. 

Our jewellery is dainty and not magnetic, meaning it will not set off security detectors.

There is no minimum age requirement, but if you are under 16 we do ask for an adult to accompany you to the appointment. Its also worth considering rules around jewellery at school if you are still of school age.

Due to the bespoke nature of the jewellery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your jewellery breaks within the first two weeks of your fitting, we will offer a re-weld for free . If your jewellery breaks after this time or if you  have to remove it for any reason, keep it safe and we will re-weld for a small fee. 

Permanent jewellery will last as long as you want it to. Its not magnetic and is durable, so you shouldn't have to worry about needing to take it off (which takes away the risk of losing it!)

It's low maintenance with just some gentle cleaning required.

It's a beautiful way of symbolising commitment or something special or meaningful to you.

The customisation options make this personal and unique to you.

It can also be a great option for people who struggle to find “off the shelf” bracelets and anklets to fit comfortably.

Permanent jewellery would not be suitable for you if:

- You have a pacemaker

- Regular medical appointments require you to remove jewellery

- Work/school policies do not allow jewellery

- You have hobbies/play sports in which jewellery could be snagged or caught

- You have allergies to metals

Whilst our main focus is permanent jewellery, we understand that this cant always fit your into your life. Work policies or regular medical appointments may mean this isn't suitable for you, however, we wouldn't want you to miss out! Please enquire about adding a clasp, we will be happy to help.
